Girls loves me for what I am, I don’t need to manipulate them. My Frame is enough strong for that. You know what I mean.

When I’ve seen you, I immediately thought I have to talk to you.
What are you doing all sitting here?
We are helping shy people to be able to speak to nice women.

Take care…

xrockridgex has already covered many of the important points from the weekend. I will try and include my own personal recollections.

After the lecture on Friday evening we headed out into the field. Magneto got me into the habit of talking about positive experiences before heading into a venue and I believe it worked. In Fitzsimons I opened up a pretty good two set, things were going well at the start, Swamps offered to wing me but I turned him down as I thought it was a bit too early (a mistake in hindsight). Then DeepVertigo came in, and we obviously didn't run enough attraction material because the target turned to the bar to get a drink and we politely ejected. I think the amount of kino wasn't really sufficient this time. I then watched how Swamps and Magneto managed successfully to merge sets and how effective this was for social proof. I got in a very good mood after this and hardly received a bad vibe for the rest of the evening.

I was trying to talk to everyone upstairs, and this was working very well, I almost spoke to more men in the end, which was having a great effect on my state. I realise now the importance of sarging the men also. Spoke to a multitude of different people in a very friendly, positive way, including lots of kino, and then experimented opening a set by saying anything random. It worked! This was undoubtedly due to the social proof and merging of sets I had done. I ended up closing a HB 7 thanks to theStud's good wing work.

Saturday after the lectures Symbolz told me to go speak to a two set in the park. I was more nervous than I am in bars because I had not much experience in day game. It went pretty well, although I lied at the start which was a bad mistake because if I had number closed (which I didn't) this could have come back to haunt me. I also didn't kino enough due to my poor positioning on the ground. Symbolz suggested kino games in this scenario. Then opened another set, it went very well, Gift, as he had done in the first one winged me. We were getting great rapport and used a lot of kino, although maybe we should have stayed longer, as they declined to venue change with us, and although I got the email off one of the girls, she was somewhat reluctant to give it, which isn't the best sign in the world.

That night, headed to Hogan's. After not getting to the hook point with one three set, I started talking to a lot of different people before opening a cute two set. They seemed initially sceptical, but then I used a few routines to wear down their resistance. I then got a stroke of luck when I was getting them to guess where I was from and the target said 'You're definitely not from Country X' which in fact I was, and from there the hook point was a given. Magneto winged me really well, coming in with just the right amount of high energy and emotion charged stories, and Swamps also social proofed me at one stage. I had a lot in common with the target, but Magneto advised me to keep my hands down more. I was a bit annoyed that I didn't really isolate her (couldn't think of something to do) and that I kind of rushed when getting her email and phone number, may have seemed a bit needy. Apart from that was quite pleased with how things went.

Off to SamSara then, things started off well, sarged an American guy and he bought me a drink straight away. I was in a very good mood by this stage, and like Friday, decided to experiment-Stealth style with opening up with something random or something that would be more appropriate for A3 stage, ie 'tell me something interesting about you.' I didn't really have the same success as Friday however. I think my level of social proof in the venue was lower and so the girl probably thought it was a bit direct and her low self-esteem came out: 'there's nothing interesting about me' etc, so I just politely ejected. After that I just tried going round speaking to various people but I think I was getting pretty mentally exhausted by this stage. The last thing I did was wing Gift in a two set of UGs (he didn't realise this when he opened). SamSara girls often have high bitchshields but this was ridiculous. They were just incredibly rude and one could see why they were still coming into single bars at 45 or whatever they were. They basically told us to stop talking to them. I was pleased with my reaction though, as instead of being rude (as I would have done in AFC days) I wished them a good night. Hopefully they felt guilty. Ironically enough if we had seen them the next day at a house party of a mutual friend etc they could have been completely different. Funny how the situation changes people.

Anyway, after two very interesting lectures Sunday I was pretty satisfied with the weekend. However, couldn't find anyone to sarge with yesterday afternoon, and decided to go home. I should really have gone solo-sarging which would have brought me a further notch out of my comfort zone. Slight negative for me.

The main things I learnt this weekend (aside from the lectures):

-Social proof is key to how people will probably react to you.
-Following on from this, merging sets is a great way to show alpha status in front of others.
-Further use of false disqualifiers, future projections and attempts at mirroring are crucial to build rapport in sets.

Thanks to Mode, Swamps and Magneto for coming all that way and for providing us with great inspiration both in sarging and in general life.

In addition, congratulations must go to Stealth and Symbolz for their impeccable organisation of the bootcamp, as everything was very well laidout and topics were covered in an effective manner.

Speak to you all soon,

Loki
