j'ai commencé la musculation juste hier, je fait 1m86 et 68kg donc il faut que je prenne de la masse, et l'échec musculaire je l'ai bien ensit au developpé couché :D pourtant il n'y avait pas de poids sur la barre ...
je vous tiendrais au courant de mon evolution si vous voulez :) ( ptet avec des photos mais que quand je serait fier de mon corps ^^ )
Ca va faire 2 semaines que je m'y suis mit.
Bon, je ne fait pas 5 repas par jour, et je n'y passe pas mes journées, mon but n'est pas d'etre le concurent de Schawrzi.
Je commence a sentir les resultat, et ça j'en suis bien content. Moi qui avait du mal a faire 15 pompes sur les genous, je fait maintenant des series de 20 "vrais" pompes :) (oué, je suis parti de loin :mrgreen: )

Par contre, mon probleme est que j'ai une couche de graisse. je ne suis pas gros, il y a pas assez pour en faire une "poigné d'amour", mais juste assez pour cacher mes abdos :(

Du coup, j'aimerai un peu plus d'explication concernant le sechage.
Ca fait 2 semaines que tu en fais et tu crois que les abdos vont déjà apparaître ?

Tu auras de beaux abdos dessinés sur ton torse au bout de 2/3 mois d'entraînements réguliers.

Si tu sèches maintenant le peu que tu auras pris en muscle va disparaître.
j'ai commencé y'a plus ou moin 1 an, j'etait reelement tout maigre
les 6 premiers mois, j'en ai fait tous les soirs cz moi (abdos, pompes et altere)
et depuis 6 mois, je force bcp plus, j'ai fait des seances qui me casse reelement, et j'essaye de faire de la picsine qd je peut

wala comment je suis now, je suis plus bien proportionné pour mon gabarit, j'ai pas vraiment des larges epaules :) mais j'ai que 18 ans, ça viendra plus tard
Arf, faut que je m'y mette a fond pour faire mon beau gosse sur la plage alors.
Reste que malgre tout, j'aimerai bien perdre cette graisse. Un pote m'a dit que je lui faisait penser au hero de Fable (jeu Xbox) quand il a bu un peu trop de bierre... :oops:
Mon cas perso:
- 79kg 1m83
- Y a 2 ou 3 ans, n'aimant pas trop mon corps et etant amoureux d'une meuf, j'ai decidé de faire 25 pompes par jour (sachant qu'a l'epoque j'en fesait genre 2 ou 3 au max... parti de 0 lol). J'ai tenu 6 mois / un an mais apres ca m'a un peu soulé, a par niveau force et performance, je voyais pas trop de difference au niveau de mon corps... (vous me direz c'est pas un super entrainement lol :p). Toujours est-il j'eclatait tous mes potes au bras de fer ^^.
- Depuis septembre, c'est a dire depuis 9 mois, je suis dans une ecole ou on a une salle de musculation impressionnante (50€ a l'année ^^)
- Vu que dans l'ecole on a 2 séances de sport de 1h15, j'ai pris muscu / muscu et je me retrouve avec 2h30 de muscu (+ cardio) par semaine donc.


Perf y a 9 mois sur la premiere serie: 12 * 50 en developpez couché

Niveau alimentation, j'ai completement déconné, cad steak frites / pizza representaient 70% de mes repas a l'ecole (quand on voit ce qui a a coté forcement ca tente ... lol) mais now je fais gaffe vu que j'essaye de secher un peu pour cet été :)
moi je fais du basket, et on a droit a la salle de muscul qui va avec, donc jen profite, meme si sans ca, jetais deja pas mal. jai fait de la muscul pdt lété dernier, bcp.. jai pris 4 kg de muscle, pas ma tout de meme
puis jai arreter pdt la saison de basket.
la jai repris, ca fait 1 mois, et je comence deja a voir des resultats. mon prog est dans un autre post dailleur.

pour moi la muscul, c pour avoir un beau corps, certe, mais ca me sert ausi pour le basket, donc autant de raison qui me motivent...

J'aimerai bien en faire en salle ou avec du matos mais c'est pas donné, j'pense quand même à m'acheter des ptites haltères pour optimiser mon entrainement...
